Video:  At a minimum, the presenter (U4H, Inc.) often has video capabilities. For participants with video capabilities/web cameras, video is a preferable option.

The ability for participants to chat in real time on pertinent presentation topics within the application, either to the group as a whole (i.e. post a question and wait for answers from other participants) or to a specific participant in “private.” Communication and annotations are not limited to merely text or audio commentary.

Provide the ability for the presenter to post relevant materials such as PowerPoint slides, text transcripts, links to external resources, etc.; as well as the ability for all participants to annotate those materials and possibly add/share other relevant content.

Provide the ability upon completion of the presentation to create a self-installing recorded package of the presentation that can be downloaded and viewed as a reference by users other than the original participants exactly how the original happened (i.e. as the presentation is played back viewers will see chats as they were and watch the presentation exactly how it originally took place ).
